Workflow Systems, LLC (hereafter “Workflow Systems”) is a licensed software company offering the ultimate automation software for local service companies. Our platform connects all departments and subcontractors into one seamless application, transforming estimates and work orders into client invoices. This streamlines operations, reduces administrative work, and promotes business growth through powerful automation.

1. Plan & Licensing Terms
   Workflow Systems provides users with a license to access the platform under a selected subscription plan. This includes the use of software, associated materials, and ongoing customer support.
   Plan Options:
   Monthly Subscription: $299/month
   Customization Options: Available based on customer needs
   Updates: New layers of services and features may be added to future versions
   License:
   License Name: Yes
   Includes usage rights as described under the selected plan
   Disclaimer:

2. License Usage
   The provider grants the user the right to:
   – Use the system to perform daily operations as per the selected plan
   – Access all system features once the system is developed and login credentials are issued
   – Receive customer service and server maintenance through the monthly subscription
   Termination:
   – No fixed termination date; user may terminate anytime
   – A 30–60 day grace period is provided after non-payment before access is revoked
   Terms:
   The agreement becomes effective once the user accepts the terms
   For custom plans, completion is expected (but not guaranteed) within 6 months of the signed e-agreement
3. Effect of Termination
   If subscription or customization is terminated:
   – The user loses access to the system
   – Monthly maintenance and customer service also cease
   – No contractual obligation, but access will be revoked after non-payment grace period
4. Service Description
   Features of Workflow Systems:
   – A comprehensive software platform with app access for subcontractors and sales reps
   – Scheduling, lead management, project proposals, invoicing, and reporting
   – Automation across departments (sales, operations, finance, etc.)
   – Real-time reporting for accounting, clients, and project performance
   – Integration across employees, subcontractors, customers, and admin teams
5. Subscription and Fees
   Monthly Fee: $299
   Includes system maintenance, server management, assistance, training, and customer support
   User is responsible for maintaining their subscription and usage fees
6. Provider and User Responsibilities
   Provider Will:
   – Develop and deliver software per selected plan
   – Maintain system security, functionality, and updates
   User Will:
   – Provide necessary information and requirements
   – Make timely payments as agreed
7. Interruption of Service
   Workflow Systems aims for continuous uptime
   Temporary interruptions may occur due to external factors (e.g., weather, outages)
   Workflow Systems is not liable for service interruptions beyond their control
8. General Provisions
   This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Workflow Systems and the user
   Supersedes all prior oral/written agreements
   Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties
9. Electronic Signatures
   Digital delivery (email, fax, etc.) of signed agreements is legally binding
   Treated as equivalent to original signatures
10. Severability
    If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains valid
11. Governing Law
    Governed by the laws of the State of Florida
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
    Software is provided “as is”
    Workflow Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use
    Not liable for:
    – Loss of data, profits, or business
    – Security breaches
    – Incidental or consequential damages
    Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the app
13. Indemnification
    The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Workflow Systems and its affiliates, agents, contractors, and employees from any third-party claims arising out of:
    – Violation of the user agreement
    – Breach of law or third-party rights
14. Notices
    Communication Methods:
    All official notices should be sent in writing via:
    – Personal delivery
    – Certified mail (return receipt)
    – Overnight courier
    – Fax

15. Acceptance of Terms
    By subscribing to Workflow Systems, entering the free trial, and checking the acceptance box on the trial page, the user agrees to this user agreement in full.
