COMPANY OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n

Workflow Systems, LLC (hereafter \u201cWorkflow Systems\u201d) is a licensed software company offering the ultimate automation software for local service companies. Our platform connects all departments and subcontractors into one seamless application, transforming estimates and work orders into client invoices. This streamlines operations, reduces administrative work, and promotes business growth through powerful automation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Plan & Licensing Terms<\/strong>
    \nWorkflow Systems provides users with a license to access the platform under a selected subscription plan. This includes the use of software, associated materials, and ongoing customer support.
    \nPlan Options:
    \nMonthly Subscription: $299\/month
    \nCustomization Options: Available based on customer needs
    \nUpdates: New layers of services and features may be added to future versions
    \nLicense:
    \nLicense Name: Yes
    \nIncludes usage rights as described under the selected plan
    \nDisclaimer:
    \nBy checking the agreement box, the user confirms they have read and accepted [Workflow Systems Terms & Conditions](LINK HERE), which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.<\/li>\n
  2. License Usage<\/strong>
    \nThe provider grants the user the right to:
    \n– Use the system to perform daily operations as per the selected plan
    \n– Access all system features once the system is developed and login credentials are issued
    \n– Receive customer service and server maintenance through the monthly subscription
    \nTermination:
    \n– No fixed termination date; user may terminate anytime
    \n– A 30\u201360 day grace period is provided after non-payment before access is revoked
    \nTerms:
    \nThe agreement becomes effective once the user accepts the terms
    \nFor custom plans, completion is expected (but not guaranteed) within 6 months of the signed e-agreement<\/li>\n
  3. Effect of Termination<\/strong>
    \nIf subscription or customization is terminated:
    \n– The user loses access to the system
    \n– Monthly maintenance and customer service also cease
    \n– No contractual obligation, but access will be revoked after non-payment grace period<\/li>\n
  4. Service Description<\/strong>
    \nFeatures of Workflow Systems:
    \n– A comprehensive software platform with app access for subcontractors and sales reps
    \n– Scheduling, lead management, project proposals, invoicing, and reporting
    \n– Automation across departments (sales, operations, finance, etc.)
    \n– Real-time reporting for accounting, clients, and project performance
    \n– Integration across employees, subcontractors, customers, and admin teams<\/li>\n
  5. Subscription and Fees<\/strong>
    \nMonthly Fee: $299
    \nIncludes system maintenance, server management, assistance, training, and customer support
    \nUser is responsible for maintaining their subscription and usage fees<\/li>\n
  6. Provider and User Responsibilities<\/strong>
    \nProvider Will:
    \n– Develop and deliver software per selected plan
    \n– Maintain system security, functionality, and updates
    \nUser Will:
    \n– Provide necessary information and requirements
    \n– Make timely payments as agreed<\/li>\n
  7. Interruption of Service<\/strong>
    \nWorkflow Systems aims for continuous uptime
    \nTemporary interruptions may occur due to external factors (e.g., weather, outages)
    \nWorkflow Systems is not liable for service interruptions beyond their control<\/li>\n
  8. General Provisions<\/strong>
    \nThis agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Workflow Systems and the user
    \nSupersedes all prior oral\/written agreements
    \nAmendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties<\/li>\n
  9. Electronic Signatures<\/strong>
    \nDigital delivery (email, fax, etc.) of signed agreements is legally binding
    \nTreated as equivalent to original signatures<\/li>\n
  10. Severability<\/strong>
    \nIf any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains valid<\/li>\n
  11. Governing Law<\/strong>
    \nGoverned by the laws of the State of Florida<\/li>\n
  12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability<\/strong>
    \nSoftware is provided \u201cas is\u201d
    \nWorkflow Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use
    \nNot liable for:
    \n– Loss of data, profits, or business
    \n– Security breaches
    \n– Incidental or consequential damages
    \nLiability is limited to the original purchase price of the app<\/li>\n
  13. Indemnification<\/strong>
    \nThe user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Workflow Systems and its affiliates, agents, contractors, and employees from any third-party claims arising out of:
    \n– Violation of the user agreement
    \n– Breach of law or third-party rights<\/li>\n
  14. Notices<\/strong>
    \nCommunication Methods:
    \nAll official notices should be sent in writing via:
    \n– Personal delivery
    \n– Certified mail (return receipt)
    \n– Overnight courier
    \n– Fax

  15. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong>
